Payment
Payment may be made by PayPal (no PayPal account is required). Payment can be made by debit or credit card through PayPal. Payment may also be made by direct credit to our bank account – if you wish to do so please contact us for details.
Delivery
We only accept orders for delivery within the UK through the Website. We aim to process each order you make within 48 hours of receipt. Goods in stock and supplied within the U.K. will normally be delivered to you within 7 business days of our acceptance of your order. Some items can take up to 21 days depending on the supplier.
Cost of delivery will be indicated in your basket prior to checkout. Prices may vary for delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Product Descriptions
Descriptions and measurements shown on our Website are intended to give a general description only. There may be slight variations in finish and colour due to either the hand-made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer or mobile device software.
If the price or description is obviously incorrect/ an error we reserve the right to limit our liability to the money that the customer has paid.
Returns and Refund Policy
If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. If the order is damaged you must notify us in writing to jayneharrowdesigns@gmail.com.
We will offer you a refund or exchange provided the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case. Please state why you are returning the item, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Returns must be made by recorded delivery at your expense. A refund using the original payment method will be made on return of the items less our original shipping charge.
